Coco and Tay derived design inspiration for Survivorship Necklace from memories of their glamorous great-aunt, Betty Dravo Morris, who was treated for breast cancer at M. D. Anderson in the mid-1970s. The unabashedly chic Ms. Morris helped to cultivate Coco and Tay’s enduring love of design. It’s Ms. Morris, a lifelong collector of Cartier, Tiffany and estate gems, who coined the unofficial Cocotay motto: “fashion comes and goes, jewelry is forever”.
The vintage-influenced Survivorship Necklace incorporates a delicate chain in sterling silver, for its association with cancer survivors, with a spherical pendant cushioned by rondelles – all in dazzling diamante – to epitomize the luminosity of hope and the dazzling power of the spirit. A sparkling stone is embedded near the clasp, as a tribute to the strength and success of current, past and future cancer survivors. As much as fifty percent of the proceeds from each Survivorship Necklace sold will go directly to the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.
If you would like to customize your Survivorship Necklace by length, size, or with the addition of rhinestone rondelles color-correlated by cancer type, please contact us directly at mailto:mda@cocotay.com.

It’s important to us to help cancer survivors – whether they’ve been, or will be, touched by the disease. We hope that the proceeds from this Cocotay Survivorship Necklace will be a driving force toward Making Cancer History®, with M. D. Anderson at the forefront of change.
Smiles,
Coco & Tay
